Pilot Privacy Notice

What stays on your iPhone
Practice history, attempt counters, coach observations, and learner reflections are stored locally on the device. Veda Drive does not collect continuous location, routes, speed telemetry, contacts, advertising identifiers, or background sensor data.
Information you choose to submit
The website pilot form may collect the email address, role, driving stage, and other responses you provide. In-app feedback may include role, topic, message, optional email address, app version, and device information. These records may be stored in a private database hosted by Neon and used only to operate and improve the pilot.
Service providers
Resend may process email addresses and message content to deliver confirmations and feedback notifications. The marketing website uses Vercel Analytics for aggregate site-usage measurement. The iOS pilot does not currently include a third-party product analytics SDK.
Learners and supervising adults
The pilot is recruited and controlled through an adult parent, guardian, or supervising coach. We do not knowingly solicit personal information directly from children under 13. The adult is responsible for deciding whether participation is appropriate and for supervising all driving practice.
Your choices
Local practice information can be erased from the app in Settings. To withdraw from the pilot or request deletion of submitted waitlist or feedback records, email hello@vedadrive.com. We may retain limited records where required for security, legal compliance, or resolving an active safety report.
